About Me.

My name is Jen Helms.  I have over twenty years of people and process management experience, including within the group insurance, individual insurance and online payment processing industries. 

 

Throughout the years, I’ve earned a reputation for being a respected and trusted strategic leader.  I have a passion for bringing technology and people together to expand business opportunities, enhance employee & customer experience and deliver financial rewards to organizations.

I have been recognized for leadership in technical project leadership, people/resource development, workflow organization, multi-location management, process redesign and internal business consulting.

 

I currently live and work in Omaha, Nebraska.  I have two sons - a college student and a high school junior, two dogs and a cat!  When I'm not in the office I enjoy golf, lake time with the dogs and finding new restaurants to enjoy around town!   A proud Maverick alumna you can often find me at a UNO sporting event if they are in town!
